Bookkeeper / Accountant / Payroll Specialist
Role Description:
We are looking for a detailed-oriented and motivated Bookkeeper / Accountant / Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles is mandatory.
In this role, you will provide accounting service, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will work closely with company management to support month-end and year-end closing processes, as well as assist in ad-hoc projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the accounting area.

- Company Principals
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations such as accounts payable / receivable which includes:
- Accounts Receivable including Invoice Generation / Submission / Tracking
- Accounts Payable including Payroll, Contractor, Tax Payments, etc
- Expense Forms and Payments
- Bank Reconciliations
- General Ledger Entries.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with project managers to co-ordinate invoicing and purchase order tracking
- Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations and standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
- Highly proficiency in athe following software:
- QuickBooks Online
- Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
